We offer flexible and tailored office solutions. Our standard licence commitment is just 3 months. You will have no worrying onerous long term financial commitments and no legal fees involved.
You can move in quickly and easily with limited notice, And a quick connection to the internet, telephone and emails.
Easy Budgeting. Each month you will receive one invoice for your licence fee and one for your consumables. You’ll have no utility companies to deal with, buildings insurance, fire equipment and security agreements to organise and no need to concern yourself with business rates as these are all inclusive of your licence agreement.
As a general rule serviced office solutions require a lot less space than a conventional lease. This is because you only need to calculate the actual space you’re going to work in (net space) instead of the gross space where you need to calculate the space you’ll work in, along with reception space, walkways, dead areas, meeting rooms, kitchens and toilets etc.
You tend to need approximately double the space for a commercial lease compared with a serviced office.
You will have access to additional business support services on a pay as you go basis.
What’s included in the price?
The fees we charge are fully inclusive of all usual costs for professional office space, designed to enable you to move in and begin your business operations immediately.
In serviced accommodation your monthly fee is inclusive of:

- Weekly Cleaning
- Maintenance of your office
Signage to your business can be provided on the Directory Board situated in the reception area free of charge.
Offices can be furnished upon request for an additional charge.
Two month’s rent and your first month’s payment upfront will be required in advance of moving in, after which a standing order payment will be set up.
Charges will be allocated to your account a month in arrears.
A broadband line can be set up for your suite at an additional monthly charge.
